💰 1. How We Make Money
SlutOmegle is free to use. We keep it that way through two revenue streams:
- Advertising — third-party ad networks serve ads on the site. We earn revenue based on impressions and clicks.
- Affiliate commissions — some links in our articles and reviews point to third-party platforms (cam sites, chat alternatives, premium services). If you click one of these links and sign up or make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
⚖️ 2. Editorial Independence
This is the part that matters most. Here's our hard rule:
We recommend platforms because they're genuinely good, not because they pay us the most. We've turned down affiliate deals with platforms we tested and didn't like. If something scores poorly in our testing, we say so — even if they're offering a generous commission.
Our writers and editors are not compensated based on which affiliate links get clicks. Their job is to be honest. Monetization is handled separately by the business side of the operation.
🏷️ 3. How We Label Affiliate Content
When an article contains affiliate links, you'll see:
- A disclosure notice near the top of the article stating that the post contains affiliate links.
- Individual affiliate links may be marked with labels or contextual notes where appropriate.
- This page (
/disclosure/) is linked from every article containing affiliate relationships.
📝 4. Reviews & Recommendations
Our platform reviews and "best of" lists are based on:
- First-hand testing — we actually use the platforms we review. Every one.
- Defined criteria — speed, real user ratio, mobile experience, safety, pricing, and actual NSFW quality.
- Regular re-testing — reviews are updated periodically because platforms change over time.
We don't accept payment for positive reviews. If a platform offers us money for a guaranteed good review, we decline. It's happened, and we've said no.
🤝 5. Sponsored Content
If we ever publish sponsored content (paid by a third party), it will be:
- Clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Paid Partnership" at the top of the article.
- Written or reviewed by our editorial team to maintain quality standards.
- Factually accurate — we don't publish false claims regardless of who's paying.
As of this writing, we have not published any sponsored content on SlutOmegle.
📜 6. FTC Compliance
This disclosure page is maintained in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Guidelines Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). We aim to be fully transparent about any material connections between SlutOmegle and the products or services we mention.
