To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

2. Identification of the infringing material — provide the specific URL(s) where the infringing content is located on SlutOmegle. Be as precise as possible so we can find and remove it quickly.

4. A statement of good faith — "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury — "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
6. Your physical or electronic signature — the signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Clark County, Nevada if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Send counter-notifications to the same DMCA Agent listed above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
